IronLAN License Agreement

This License Agreement governs the use of software, firmware, and management interfaces provided by IronLAN as part of its networking systems and infrastructure solutions. By using IronLAN-configured systems, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of License

• Non-Transferable: Software and configurations provided by IronLAN are licensed for use with IronLAN-supplied hardware only and may not be transferred to third parties.
• Limited Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right to use IronLAN software for its intended function as delivered with your system.
• Customization: Any custom scripts or configurations developed by IronLAN remain proprietary and are licensed for use on the designated hardware only.

Restrictions

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modification of IronLAN firmware, configurations, or GUIs is prohibited.
• Use of IronLAN software in unauthorized or non-compliant systems voids all warranties and support obligations.

IronLAN software and firmware are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind beyond those explicitly stated in system documentation. IronLAN is not responsible for damages arising from unauthorized modifications or misuse.
