IronLAN Standard Terms & Warranty

All IronLAN solutions are designed, configured, and delivered with a focus on long-term performance and support. Our warranty and service terms are built to ensure clarity, protection, and reliability for our customers and partners.

Standard Warranty Coverage

• IronLAN-Integrated Systems: Networking systems designed and deployed by IronLAN include a standard 1-year hardware warranty and 90-day integration support unless otherwise specified.
• Third-Party Products: Some products sold by IronLAN may carry manufacturer warranties directly. These items are supported under their respective OEM terms and conditions.
• Extended Support Options: Optional 3- and 5-year service contracts are available for eligible systems, including on-site and remote coverage plans.

Terms of Sale

• All quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping and lead times vary by configuration and stock status.
• Returns must be authorized and may be subject to restocking fees for non-custom items.
• Custom-configured solutions are non-refundable once delivered and accepted.

Manufacturer Warranties

When IronLAN resells or integrates third-party hardware (such as switches, routers, wireless APs, etc.), the original manufacturer's warranty applies. IronLAN will assist in coordinating warranty claims, but repair or replacement timelines may follow OEM policies.
